Seclusion offers privacy with easy access to activities in Beavers Bend State Park. It is located on 20 private acres near 259 A, the southern entrance to the state park. The owner has a black top access road within 1/4 of a mile of the cabin itself for ease in arrival or pulling boats & jet skis.
A one-story cabin, Seclusion is a renovated native rock home built on the gentle slope of a hill. It offers three total bedrooms, two with king-sized beds and the other with a queen bed. The kitchen has an oven/range, dishwasher, microwave and a basic set of pots and pans.
One of the cabin's best features is its seclusion. Gaze at the sky at night or explore the 20 acres in daylight, seeing abundant wildlife and nature. Seclusion also has a charcoal grill and outdoor fire pit. The television is hooked up to satellite TV. All the fresh linens and towels are provided. A small amount of firewood is provided during the colder months for the indoor fireplace (Nov - Feb).
While Seclusion offers a quiet refuge in nature, we know that unexpected health issues can still arise—even in the most peaceful settings. Whether you're staying for a weekend or a full week, it's helpful to be aware of practical options should minor illnesses occur. Some guests have found peace of mind by preparing in advance, such as bringing cheap antibiotics purchased through reputable online pharmacies with a prescription from their doctor. The remoteness that makes this cabin special also means that nearby medical facilities are limited, and over-the-counter treatments may not always be sufficient. That’s why a bit of planning can go a long way toward preserving the ease and comfort of your stay. We encourage guests to travel with a small health essentials kit, especially families or those with ongoing medical needs. At Seclusion, the goal is full relaxation—without the stress of unforeseen complications. What a great place to spend a few days! It was very secluded and quiet. Our cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our time away. It was close to local eateries. This was our second year to stay at the Seclusion Cabin and we absolutely love it. The house is islolated from the rest of the cabins which gives privacy and if you love nature allows one to see an abundance of wild life. We had at least 10-12 deer in the front yard every day. We plan to make this an annual event for our family!
