Community Center If you are planning a family reunion, church activity, corporate retreat, or any type of group gathering, the community center is the perfect fit. The center sets on 40 private acres, shared with five three bedroom cabins. It comes equipped with a full kitchen, two sets of clothes washers and dryers, and a 48" HD TV with over 250 DirecTv channels. A private bathroom with a sink and a toilet are also inside. Enough folding tables and chairs to fulfill a group of 40 are provided. The community center is located on the backside of the private 40 acres, giving guests complete privacy, with no passing traffic.

Community Center is a gathering place only. It can NOT be used for overnight stays

Cleaning Fee

Please clean up after yourselves. Community Center must be left in the same condition as it was found or $100 cleaning fee will be charged.

Community Center Discount

There is a $25.00 discount on the community center for each of the following cabins rented when rental dates of both the cabin and center coincide. The cabins are White Tail Waters, Deer Drink Overlook, Tranquility, Redbud Retreat, Water's Edge, Bear's Den, Shaui Chukka, and Seclusion. Discounts are given for each of the eight cabins rented. This allows the total discount on the center to be anywhere from $25.00 for one cabin, to $200.00 for all eight cabins.
